Wolfeboro Rotary Club is sad to announce the passing of past member Joe Balboni.
Joe passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his family, on February 9, 2021 from CNS lymphoma. Joe was active in Wolfeboro Rotary and was a previous President of Billerica Rotary.
Joe was caring and always there for someone in need. He was regularly seen driving around town in his bright yellow International pick-up truck, always with a cigar, ready to greet friends or unsuspecting tourists with a honk of the horn. He loved to play golf, especially at Kingswood Golf Club in Wolfeboro and was a major sponsor of our Annual Charity Golf Tournament.
